Send the device datasheet or a sample panel. We detail the aperture, back box, base plate and bolt pattern in-house.

Posts, hoods, faceplates and base plates are cut, folded, drilled and welded in our Doncaster workshop.
- 03Finish
Shot blast, prime and powder coat to any RAL or BS colour under one roof — or brushed stainless left as-is.
- 04Deliver
Delivered ready for the installer to bolt down and terminate, across South Yorkshire or nationwide.
Why bespoke matters
The post fits the panel — not the other way round.
Standard pedestals force installers to pack out apertures, drill on site or accept a panel sitting at the wrong height. We cut the aperture to the exact device footprint, build the back box in, and put the cable entry where the ducting actually runs.
Because we also make gates, railings and fencing, your intercom post can be coated to match the rest of the entrance in the same colour, in the same booth, on the same delivery.
