Your order

An order is accepted when we email you to confirm it. We check your sizes, finish and site details before fabrication. If anything cannot be made as described, we contact you before cutting and you can cancel for a full refund.

Prices and payment

Shop prices are full prices, shown including VAT by default. Trade customers can choose to view prices excluding VAT. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you before accepting the order.

Made-to-order goods and cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers can cancel an order for standard catalogue sizes and finishes within 14 days of delivery, even though we make the goods to order.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your own specification — non-standard sizes, custom RAL colours, or goods made to your drawing or survey — once fabrication has started. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To cancel, email or phone us. See Delivery & returns for return arrangements and refunds.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund, including the short-term right to reject where applicable. Contact us so we can resolve the problem.

Installation

Where supply-and-install is ordered, site access, ground conditions and underground services are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Tell us about any restrictions or known services before installation.

Business customers

These terms apply to trade orders too, except the consumer cancellation rights. Any additional agreed trade terms must be confirmed in writing.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in their home courts that apply by law.
